This is a field-based role where you''ll be out on the road, meeting clients in person, building relationships, and delivering tailored product solutions. Were a market leader in wardrobes, shower screens, and mirrorsand were ready to grow. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, youll manage existing client relationships and generate new business across Shepparton and the surrounding areas. Youll be visiting building sites daily, engaging directly with builders, tradespeople, and retail customers. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where your ability to connect with people and understand their needs will be key to your success. Youll be the visible face of Regency in the region, representing our brand with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to measure and assess customer requirements Provide in-person consultations and product recommendations Process builder purchase orders and create product orders using the company software Record customer details in CRM and maintain accurate documentation Build strong relationships with trade and retail clients through regular face-to-face contact Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the region Collaborate with installation, admin, logistics, and factory teams Become a product expert to deliver accurate advice About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working face-to-face with customers on-site Self-motivated and able to work independently Proven experience in a trade or sales role Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and industry standards Strong organisational and administrative skills Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Whats in it for You?
