Psychologist/Specialist Psychologist/Senior Psychologist/Senior Specialist Psychologist Location: Wollongong Temporary Opportunity until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension Salary: $79,592 - $154,889 p.a. + superannuation, annual leave loading and flex leave Small steps, real change. As part of the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), you''ll play a key role in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to vulnerable children, young people, families, and carers, supporting them to navigate the impacts of trauma, loss, and placement transitions. Your role will be based within the LINKS Trauma Healing Service (Illawarra), a multidisciplinary team delivering best-practice, trauma-informed therapeutic intervention to children and young people living in out of home care. Youll work alongside highly motivated colleagues, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Social and Emotional Wellbeing Clinicians. The service utilises the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Framework and evidence-based interventions to deliver culturally safe, holistic outcomes for children and families. Youll have the opportunity to grow and learn, drawing on the expertise of a multidisciplinary team and the knowledge and support of the broader Psychological and Specialist Services team.
