This is an exciting opportunity to provide safe, compassionate and culturally appropriate care to some of our most vulnerable patients. In this rewarding role, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidencebased nursing care in collaboration with a supportive multidisciplinary teamhelping infants and their families achieve the best possible outcomes.Youll work in a dynamic, diverse environment that enables you to build upon your existing skillset in neonatal care. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).2. Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.3. Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.4. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.5. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.6. Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.7.
