Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.3. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.5. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.6. Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.7.
