Bidfood Geelong is looking for a dependable and friendly individual to join our team as a casual Delivery Driver at our Corio branch. This role does not have set days or hours and will operate in line with business requirements, so flexibility is a must. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, values routine with a bit of variety and takes pride in great customer service. With well-maintained vehicles, a supportive team and a laid-back yet professional environment, youll be part of a foodservice network that helps keep cafs, kitchens and venues stocked and running smoothly. Youll build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted part of their day delivering not just products, but reliability and great service. About the role Each day youll be on the move, delivering orders safely and efficiently while representing Bidfood out in the field. Youll work with a variety of customers, put stock away where needed and help uphold hygiene and safety standards. An average day will include: Multi-drop deliveries across local routes Unloading stock and placing items in customer locations Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition Upholding food safety and hygiene practices Providing friendly, helpful customer service Assisting with basic warehouse tasks when required About you Youre the kind of person who gets along with just about anyone, shows up on time and genuinely enjoys a job well done. Youre confident and courteous behind the wheel and take customer service seriously even when its just a quick drop-off. Someone who enjoys a yarn with the customers is always a great fit. Skills and experience To succeed in this role, youll need a practical mindset, a good driving record and a customer-first attitude.
