As an Application Support Engineer, youll provide expert technical support, administration, and coordination for a range of enterprise applications. Youll manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems. You will perform root cause analysis, ensure compliance with cybersecurity and service standards and contribute to system enhancements. Your work will directly impact our operational effectiveness and customer service delivery. Youll also support continuous improvement by maintaining documentation, assisting the Service Desk, and helping implement innovative solutions that align with TasNetworks'' strategic direction. This role includes participation in an on-call roster, providing critical after-hours support when needed, and can be based at any of our major depots across Tasmania. About you Youre a technically capable and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working with enterprise systemsideally SAPand bring strong analytical and communication skills. Youre also proactive, solutions-focused, and able to juggle competing priorities with confidence.
