Due to significant growth in our Perth branch, we are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to support upcoming and ongoing works. This role is based in Henderson, WA. Occasional interstate travel may be required. Employment type: Full-time Hours: 38hrs weeks Minimum, Mon-Fri 6:30am - 3:00pm (overtime when required). Requirements: Must be in Australia to apply Mechanical Trade Certificate. Master at good Mechanical fitting practices. Keen eye for detail. Pride in workmanship. Ship repair and refit highly regarded Ability to read, interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions Fault finding and problem solving skills. Competent in general drilling , tapping, machining etc. Strong comment to Safe Working Practice and dire to create and maintain a clean, organised working area. Ability to work and communicate in a team environment. Positive can - do attitude. Punctual, reliable and flexible to work extra hours as required. Current police check - less than 30 days old Have a valid Driver''s Licence. Have your own basic hand tools.
