The ideal candidate will be confident in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, maintaining high kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment (in line with food safety regulations). Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
