About the Role We are looking for a warm, organised and proactive Administration Officer / Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our organisation. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of our team and plays an important part in supporting our participants and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional experience to clients, external partners and staff across all enquiries via phone and email Communicate with staff through phone calls, messaging platforms and Slack Provide administrative support for NDIS intake, onboarding, billing processes, data management and compliance with service level agreement processes Assist with the onboarding process for new staff, including conducting reference checks, coordinating documentation and maintaining accurate filing Maintain and organise electronic and hard copy filing systems Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including local area coordinators, support coordinators and service providers About You Strong candidates will bring the following: A qualification or degree in a relevant field (desirable) Minimum two years'' experience in a health, disability or general administration role Effective time management and prioritisation skills Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office; experience with NDIS software such as Astalty/Shift Care is highly regarded Experience with accounts receivable/payable (desirable) We''re also looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic about making a difference in others'' lives Has a caring and empathetic nature Enjoys working within a small, collaborative team as well as independently Communicates confidently and professionally Holds a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality Candidates with NDIS experience are highly encouraged to apply.
