Long-term relationship.These roles are casual, but the work itself is ongoing and reliable. Our services run year-round, and many of our casual drivers enjoy consistent work across school terms, urban services, charter work, events and contracts. You may choose to: Work school runs during term time Pick up urban route driving Support charter, event and contract work Increase or adjust hours over time Many drivers start with limited availability and gradually build their hours as confidence and capability grow. Youll be driving a modern, well-maintained and air-conditioned fleet, supported by strong safety systems and a team that genuinely values your contribution. About youWere looking for people who value reliability, professionalism and community connection and who are open to developing their skills over time. Youll need: A Northern Territory drivers licence with a good driving record An MR or HR licence, or willingness to obtain one An H endorsement, or willingness to obtain one A current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), or willingness to obtain one A friendly, respectful manner and confidence interacting with people of all ages and abilities Previous bus or heavy vehicle experience is welcome but not essential attitude and commitment matter most.
