Energy Solution Centre is growing and were looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator to support our install team and keep projects running clean, structured, and on time. This is a full-time, office-based role on the Gold Coast, working inside a proper system with a team that knows what theyre doing. What Youll Own Schedule and coordinate solar and battery installations Manage job workflows through Monday CRM Allocate stock and ensure jobs are ready for install Handle Formbay applications and compliance documentation Work closely with Installation Supervisor and logistics team Act as the link between sales, operations, and install crews Monitor job progress and keep installs running on schedule Identify and resolve scheduling or operational issues early Maintain clear communication across all teams Improve systems, processes, and workflow efficiency over time Operations & Execution Coordinate daily install schedules and crew allocations Ensure all materials and documentation are prepared before install Track job progress and update internal systems in real time Support logistics with stock movement and job readiness Assist with resolving on-site issues from an operations perspective Maintain accurate records across CRM and job management systems Support compliance and documentation requirements Help streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce delays What You Get $80-90k salary + performance bonuses Full-time, stable office-based role Gold Coast based no travel Get off the tools and into a long-term career path Structured systems and organised workflow Support from experienced team and leadership Clean, professional working environment Long-term growth into operations or management The SetupYoure not walking into chaos.
