Can you describe how you would maintain professionalism, follow infection control procedures, and ensure your own safety when working in sensitive or high risk environments?Can you give an example of a time when you used communication, de escalation, or conflict resolution skills to manage a challenging situation? How did you work with others to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involvedParticipation in a 7 day rotating roster that includes weekends, public and school holidays, including morning, afternoon and night shiftsMust hold a current Class 1A Security License with the NSW Security Industry 1997 Class 1A, Current First Aid Certificate and must possess an Australian C-Class driver''s license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
