Role Overview You will act as our local process server and coordinator in the Port Lincoln region. This includes serving legal documents, completing affidavits, and acting as our on-the-ground representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, independent work with potential to grow into a larger regional role. Key Responsibilities Serve legal documents in accordance with Australian legal requirements Complete detailed affidavits of service and attempted service Communicate updates promptly after each attempt Plan and execute efficient service attempts Occasionally assist with local coordination/logistics Maintain professionalism when interacting with recipients Ideal Candidate Prior experience in process serving, legal support, or enforcement (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail (affidavits must be accurate) Reliable, responsive, and professional Comfortable working independently Access to a vehicle Familiarity with Port Lincoln and surrounding areas Compensation Paid per completed assignment Additional compensation for: Urgent/rush services Difficult or rural serves Opportunity for increased volume and responsibility over time Growth Opportunity This role can expand into a South Australia regional coordinator position, overseeing additional servers and managing file flow as volume grows.
