Qualified Bakers Bakers Delight Warrawong & Stanhope Gardens Looking for a qualified Baker at two of our stores Bakers Delight Warrawong :Shop 075 Warrawong Plaza, Cnr King & Cowper Street Warrawong NSW 2502 Bakers Delight Stanhope Gardens: Stanhope Village, 2 Sentry Dr, Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768 Ability to be available to work a flexible roster, which willinclude shifts from 2 AM to 10:00 AM. This is a full-time position, offering approximately 38 hours per week. Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + Super Bakers Delight is Australia''s Largest franchise Bakery. Bakers Delight Warrawong & Stanhope Gardens is seeking motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Qualified Bakersto join the Bakery. Key Responsibilities Preparation and production of quality bakery products as per BDH menu. Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough. Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products. Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings Preparing pastry fillings Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products. Glazing buns and pastries Maintaining a cleanliness of machines, tools and premises Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearances to determine baking times. To be considered for this role you need to be ableto meet the following selection criteria. Ability to be available for work across the 7 days of the week,which may include evening work and some public holidays (starting times can be as early as 2am) Work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate with customers and staff Portray a positive attitude Complete duties as directed by your manager/supervisor Abide by company policies and procedures at all times Train, develop and supervise apprentices and staff in the Bakery Department Have an eye for detail Applicants with Minimum of 1 years experience or Certificate III In Baking, as a Baker will have advantage for this role.
