Essential Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, community services, nursing, allied health, or related field Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in aged care, home care, case management, or care coordination Strong understanding of the Australian aged care system Experience supporting older people from multicultural backgrounds Demonstrated ability to develop care plans, conduct assessments, and manage client caseloads High-level interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively About MCCI MCCI is a non-profit charity supporting multicultural communities across the Illawarra-Shoalhaven and ACT-Queanbeyan regions.
