About the RoleACT Mobile Locksmith is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team for a part-time evening shift, 2pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday. (The start time can be arranged to be slightly later to accommodate a school pickup run if required.) This position can be a work-from-home position for the right candidate. Duties will include: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing professional and courteous responses to customer inquiries Schedule appointments and manage the locksmith''s schedules Dispatch technicians to jobs efficiently Handle general customer communication and follow-ups Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining customer records Requirements & Qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Previous administrative or customer service experience required Experience in a trade or service business (e.g., locksmith, plumbing, electrical) is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
