Ongoing Full-Time Role Location: Lismore Salary $129,464.00 up to $142,665.00 p.a. plus employer''s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading About the roleThe Group Leader manages and oversees the delivery of minor capital works and facilities management programs, in addition to providing operational input into the development of the annual capital works and facilities management programs.The Group Leader is also responsible for developing local project management protocols to ensure an effective working relationship between facilities management contractors, schools, and other stakeholders to deliver a range of programs and services.For further information please click here to view the role description.About you Profound understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Stakeholder management Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people. Essential requirements of the role Current drivers licence and ability and willingness to travel across the assigned AMU area of North NSW. Ability to work on site, Lismore office Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
