Employment Type:PermanentFull TimePosition Classification:Physiotherapist Lvl 5Remuneration:$135,884 - $139,188 per annum plus SuperannuationHours Per Week:38Requisition ID:REQ645090Application Close: 31 March 2026REQ645090 - Physiotherapist, Level 5 Team Leader (Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Neurology)Join the Physiotherapy Team at St George Hospital Where Innovation Meets ImpactThe Rehab, Aged Care and Neurology (RAN) Team Leader has operational responsibility for a team of 19 FTE Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students across our Acute Neurology Ward and Stroke Unit, Rehabilitation inpatients and outpatients, and acute Aged Care wards (including a Behaviour Support Unit for patients exhibiting BPSD). This position combines clinical, operational and leadership responsibilities. The RAN Team Leader will have extensive skills and experience in Neurological Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and/or Aged Care.The Team Leader will work closely with the seniors in each area to lead, guide and manage the team. In addition, the departments three Team Leaders are an integral part of the leadership group with the Department Head, to planning and manage the departments physiotherapy service.The Physiotherapy Department has three Team Leaders, forming an integral leadership relationship with the Head of Department, contributing equally to the planning and management across the departments physiotherapy service.
