Working closely with the Nurse Educator and broader education team, you will facilitate high-quality clinical learning experiences across all areas of the facilities.You will provide leadership in student supervision, mentoring and preceptorship, ensuring placements are structured, supportive and aligned with curriculum requirements. This role also contributes to broader education initiatives including staff learning, capability assessment, quality improvement activities and the development of education resources.This is an opportunity to shape the student experience, strengthen partnerships with education providers and foster a positive learning culture across the hospitals.About YouYou are a Registered Nurse with current NMBA registration and relevant post-registration clinical and/or education qualifications. You bring experience in clinical teaching, supervision and assessment, with a strong understanding of student curriculum and adult learning principles.You are an adaptable and proactive problem-solver who builds strong professional relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
