Exterior Cleaning Technician Pressure Washing, Roof & Gutter Cleaning Coastal Cleans | Central Coast & Newcastle, NSW Coastal Cleans is a growing exterior cleaning business servicing the Central Coast and expanding into Newcastle. We specialise in pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and solar panel cleaning for residential and commercial clients. We''re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join us on the tools. About the role You''ll be working outside every day across a variety of jobs mostly working on roofs or at some sort of height one day you might be soft washing on a roof, the next pressure washing a driveway, cleaning gutters off ladders or on roofs harnessed up, or wrapping up windows on a commercial site. No two days are the same, and you''ll be representing our brand directly with clients on site. What you''ll be doing - Pressure washing concrete - Soft washing roofs and exterior walls - Cleaning gutters from ladders and rooftops - Window cleaning (residential and commercial) - Solar panel cleaning - Setting up and packing down equipment safely each day - Communicating professionally with clients on site What we''re looking for - Comfortable working at heights on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces - Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather - Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job properly - Good attitude we''re a small team and culture matters - Valid Australian driver''s licence - Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain we can help) - Previous experience in pressure washing, roofing, painting, window cleaning, or similar trades is a big plus but not essential we''ll train the right person Nice to have - White Card - First Aid certificate - Experience with soft wash chemicals (sodium hypochlorite, surfactants, neutralisers) - Trailer licence / experience towing What we offer - Competitive hourly rate based on experience: $35 - $45 per hour. - Full time casual work hours, Monday to Friday - All equipment, PPE, and uniform provided - Work vehicle provided for on-the-job travel - Genuine progression opportunities as we expand into Newcastle - Friendly, no-BS team environment Important This role involves working at heights, lifting equipment, and being on your feet all day. You must be physically capable and safety-conscious. We take WHS seriously and follow proper procedures on every job.
