In this role, youll be part of the Greater Metropolitan Medical Imaging Administration Team, working across multiple sites in Greater Newcastle and the Lower Hunter. The team prides itself on being welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely supportive - where everyone works together to deliver a high standard of service to patients and clinical staff alike.About the role: Your day will be varied and fast-paced, with a strong focus on patient interaction and coordination. Youll be the first point of contact for many patients, greeting and assisting them at reception, while also managing appointment bookings, handling phone and email enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry. Behind the scenes, youll liaise with radiographers, doctors, wards, and other hospitals to help ensure imaging services are delivered efficiently and on time. You wont be doing it alone. Youll be supported by an experienced administration team, with a structured onboarding and training program to help you get up to speed.
