About the role ECB Training Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team in Darwin, NT on a Full-Time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the careers of aspiring electricians through hands-on training and mentorship. As an Electrical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training that prepares our students for successful careers in the electrical industry. What you''ll be doing Develop and deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions to small groups of students Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their skill development Maintain a safe and well-organised training environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and curriculum Liaise with industry partners to ensure training remains aligned with current best practices Provide mentorship and guidance to help students transition from training to employment What we''re looking for Qualified electrician with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years'' experience as an electrician, preferably with some teaching or training experience Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students Ability to create a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment Passion for developing the next generation of skilled electrical professionals What we offer At ECB Training Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
