Team Leader Operations Were a growing Strata Maintenance Company and looking for a hands-on team leader to join the team. If you are organised, have good time management skills, enjoy working with people and ensure things run smoothly day-to-day, this could be a great fit. This is an autonomous role with great benefits and opportunity to work from home. Initial role will be 20 - 30 hours per week, permanent part-time with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as things progress. What youll be doing Working across strata cleaning and gardening jobs (experience here is a bonus) Assisting with the quoting process Visit sites to carry out quality control Meeting with clients to understand their needs Liaising with teams to ensure they are following the right protocols What were looking for Some experience or understanding of the strata maintenance industry or a related industry, like property management.
