You will direct tasks, monitor behaviour, and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with community agencies and provide transportation for offenders to and from worksites. You will be part of a supportive team committed to enhancing community safety and promoting offender rehabilitation within a dynamic and engaging environment.What were looking forStrong ability to supervise and manage offenders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and conduct policies.Solid understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and practices.Exceptional communication skills for effectively liaising with community agencies and stakeholders.Proficient in transporting offenders and coordinating logistics for community service worksites.Essential requirementsThis is casual employment under Section 43 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013. Ability to work up to 38 hours per week as required, during the week and weekends. Successful applicants for these positions will be required to drive a group of offenders to and from designated worksites and supervise work. A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required. Ability to drive official vehicles and possess an appropriate level of Driver''s Licence to meet all job requirements (Sydney Metro requirea Class LR licence).
