What Youll Be Doing Pick, pack, move, and load products and materials Operate a forklift to assist with materials handling (must be licensed) - preferred not essential Rotate across different production lines and warehouse areas Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organised Step in to operate production machine when the regular operator is on leave (youll receive full training) Support inventory control and general production targets Maintain a steady pace while staying focused on accuracy and quality What This Role Is Not Your core responsibility is as a general warehouse and production worker. The machine operator task is an important backup duty, activated when the main operator is unavailable. What Were Looking For Current and valid forklift licence (preferred) Solid warehouse or manufacturing experience (ideally fast-paced) A reliable team player with a strong work ethic Physically fit able to handle repetitive tasks and manual lifting Comfortable working around machinery and willing to learn A "head down, get it done" attitude we move fast and expect focus Someone who takes pride in being dependable and consistent Shift Requirement Must Be Available for All Shifts You must be available and willing to work any shift as rostered. Shifts will fall within these general timeframes: Morning Shift approx. 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Afternoon Shift approx. 2:30 PM to 11.59 PM Shift schedules may rotate or change week to week depending on business needs.
