GTO Field Officer A chance to make a real impact supporting Tiwi apprentices and trainees into meaningful, long-term careers As a GTO Field Officer youll play a critical role in supporting Tiwi apprentices and trainees throughout their employment and training journey. You will work closely with apprentices, employers and training organisations to ensure training plans are on track, workplace safety is prioritised and participants are supported to successfully complete their qualifications. Since its establishment by the Tiwi Land Council, TITEB has played a central role in building local workforce capacity and creating pathways into meaningful and sustainable employment. With a strong focus on community led outcomes, TITEB works closely with local employers, training organisations and community stakeholders to ensure services are culturally appropriate, practical and aligned to the needs of the Tiwi people.
