About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom / In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both new and existing customers to help them select the perfect flooring and window furnishing solutions for their homes. Youll provide a seamless shop at home experience, including measuring, quoting, and guiding customers through the entire process. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting flooring, blinds, shutters and curtains Conduct in-home consultations, measure spaces, and draw plans to scale Interpret builder and renovation plans Prepare and follow up quotes in a timely manner Confidently close sales and achieve targets Liaise with installers and team members to ensure smooth project delivery What We Offer $85,000 + uncapped commission Company phone & iPad Permanent full-time position with flexible work/life balance Supportive and positive team culture Bonuses and recognition based on performance Ongoing training and development A workplace where hard work is genuinely appreciated and rewarded What Were Looking For Friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong customer service skills with a passion for home design Honest, reliable, and self-motivated Previous experience in flooring, blinds, shutter or curtain sales (preferred) Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Confident communication skills (written and verbal) Strong computer skills Ability to manage time effectively and follow up leads Physically capable of lifting products up to 25kg Team player who can also work independently Current drivers licence (essential) Forklift licence (desirable)
