About the role Looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team at The Lodge Jamberoo'' in Jamberoo, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our popular onsite restaurant operations. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. What you''ll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff rostering, inventory management, and budgeting Lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated restaurant staff to provide exemplary customer service Implement and monitor food and beverage quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations Foster a positive, productive and collaborative work environment What we''re looking for Substantial experience (5+ years) as a restaurant or hospitality manager in a similar environment Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and other relevant regulations Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences What we offer At The Lodge Jamberoo'', we believe in work-life balance.
