Nextt is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality daily care for clients with spinal cord injury (SCI). About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will provide a range of essential supports, including: Hoist transfers Personal care Bowel and catheter care Meal preparation Transport support You will work closely with clients to follow care plans and support them in living life to the fullest. Shift Times: This role involves weekday and weekend shifts, as well as evening support: Monday Wednesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Saturday Sunday: 7:00 AM 10:00 AM Monday Sunday evenings: 8:00 PM 10:00 PM Who Were Looking For: The ideal candidate is: Experienced in personal care and disability support, including SCI care Confident with hoist transfers, catheter care, and bowel care Reliable, compassionate, and patient Flexible and able to work across weekday, weekend, and evening shifts A strong communicator who follows care plans closely Why Join Nextt?
