As a Registered Nurse within the Diabetes Centre at South Western Sydney Local Health District, youll contribute to a service recognised for its innovation, collaboration, and commitment to personcentred care. This role offers the chance to work across outpatient clinics, inpatient referral pathways, and the Emergency Department, supporting people living with or at risk of diabetes through every stage of their health journey. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).2. Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.3. Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.4. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.5. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.6. Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.7.
