About the Role As our Independent Living Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving both strategy and day-to-day operations across our SIL programs. Youll lead from the frontcoaching and supporting your team, championing person-centred practices, and ensuring every participant receives high-quality, empowering support. You wont just manage from a distanceyoull walk alongside your team, building capability, confidence, and connection every step of the way. Youll also be part of our leadership team, helping shape the future direction of our services and strengthening our impact across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire teams delivering person-centred supports in home and community settings Mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing, values-driven culture Drive service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Build strong, trusted relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory requirements Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and resource allocation Manage incidents and reporting with professionalism and care Contribute to growth initiatives, participant transitions, and service development Lead meaningful projects that enhance outcomes and independence About You Youre a hands-on, values-led leader who thrives on making a difference.
