You will oversee the strategic and operational direction of pharmacy clinical informatics, including the configuration, optimisation, governance and evaluation of digital medication systems and decisionsupport tools. Your work will ensure these systems align seamlessly with clinical workflows, medication safety principles and organisational digital health priorities, strengthening the way care is delivered across the hospital.In this senior pharmacy role, you will lead and deliver highquality pharmaceutical services across critical care areas, ensuring safe, compliant and outcomefocused medication management. You will coordinate the Critical Care Pharmacy Service including the Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology while providing operational oversight, supporting and training pharmacy staff, and contributing to leadership, clinical and dispensary functions. Working collaboratively with medical and nursing teams, you will act as a trusted medication expert, resolve medicationrelated issues, support patient flow and contribute to teaching, research and continuous improvement. Using your clinical systems expertise and data analysis skills, you will drive practice improvement initiatives that enhance medication safety in a fastpaced hospital environment.Are You the Right Fit?You will thrive in this role if you are a registered pharmacist with experience in critical care environments and confidence working across complex clinical and digital systems.
