About the Role Were looking for a professional, detailoriented cleaner to help maintain pristine private homes for our quality client base. This is a stable, longterm position with consistent hours and supportive management ideal for someone who values high standards and enjoys seeing the results of a job well done. Youll be responsible for: Full residential cleaning and housekeeping duties Making and styling beds to an immaculate standard Laundry and ironing as part of regular home care Ensuring every clients home is cleaned with respect, discretion, and quality care Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus half-day Saturday No Sundays or public holidays Work across Melbournes Southeast suburbs (Subcontract role must have ABN and your own vehicle) About You Youre someone who: Is reliable, punctual, and wellpresented Has strong attention to detail and a love for neat, beautifully maintained spaces Works independently with pride and integrity Treats every home and client with respect and discretion Has experience with residential cleaning or housekeeping (training available for the right person) Requirements ABN (subcontractor position) Current Police Check Reliable vehicle & drivers licence Full working rights in Australia Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain Prior residential cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred What Youll Get Steady work: 2025 hours per week Supportive, professional environment with clear systems and respectful management Regular, wellorganised schedules and quality clients Monthly performance rewards (gift cards) Monthly dinner at a finedining restaurant to celebrate top performers Uniform provided after 3 months of successful service Training and ongoing support to help you maintain Jims Cleanings premium standards If youre a hardworking cleaning professional who takes pride in quality service and wants a stable, rewarding role within a respected brand this is the job for you.
