Project Officer, Course Design (Industry Training) Exciting opportunity to join Liquor and Gaming NSW,we''reresponsible for regulating liquor, wagering, gaming, and registered clubs in NSW. This is aClerk Grade7/8rolewith a salary range of $113,574- $125,720per annum plus superannuation Ongoingrole based in Sydney, NSW-Hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs About Liquor & Gaming NSW We are at the pointy end of industry supervision for the liquor, gaming, wagering,casinoand registered club sectors in NSW. About The Role Coordinate and develop industry education and awareness programs to promote and support responsible regulated industries, ensure currency and compliance with regulatory changes and effective integration and alignment with other regulatory programs. AboutYou We are looking for a Project Officer who is passionate about adult education and has experience in the design, development and continuous improvement of training courses and programs. You will have project and stakeholder management experience including co-ordinating and implementing multiple projects with competing deadlines. You havedemonstratedexperience in designing and developing training material and resources for adult education to enhance learning outcomes in a range of environments including classroom and online using multimedia channels. Experience in the instructional design of nationally accredited training and assessment will be highly regarded. You will have problem solving skills, with an ability to analyse options and provide evidence-based recommendations to support decision making. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, to produce a range of high-quality documentation including project plans, schedules, reports, and communication collateral. You will have influencing and stakeholder management skills withdemonstratedexperience to quicklyestablishand build positive and productive relationships across teams and business areas. Essential RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in a relevant field.Appointment and ongoing assignment are subject to satisfactorily meeting pre-employment and ongoing probity screening.
