Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award. Social Worker eligible for membership of AASW or Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA. Full Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology (or eligibility to progress towards the same), along with a minimum two-year full-time accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology.Demonstrated experience in assessment, care planning, staff management and coordination with mental health experience & experience in community youth mental health or related areas.Proven clinical leadership skills with expertise in client-centred consultancy and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical practice.Demonstrated effective communication and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums and an understanding of the practice development framework.Proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the utilisation of evidence based research.Demonstrated skills in strategic and clinical service planning including an understanding of organisational behaviour, change management and cultural change processes.Demonstrated skills in clinical teaching, competency in the use of contemporary information systems and experience in the development of specialty education programs.A current NSW Drivers LicenceNeed more information?1) Click here for the Position Description and SESLHD Expected Standards2) Find out more about applying for this positionOurCOREValues are Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment and have been created by employees for employees and help define how we work and to inspire positive interactions in the workplace.We embrace diversity as our strength and are committed to maintaining an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
