We need you - a trade industry office administrator with exceptional customer service skills! About us We are a reputable family-owned local metal roofing company specializing in residential and commercial metal roof construction and maintenance. With a dedicatedSales Office and Factory in Tweed Heads South servicing our existing and growing customer base across the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast for the past 61 years, this role is not a short-termposition! It will keep you on your toes, offer plenty of variety, is client focused, in a professional and friendly environment. This position is a permanent full-time role based in our Head Sales Office and Factory located in Tweed. This position will suit a self-motivated, down-to-earth person who can easily fit into a small business team culture.Trade industry experience is a must so that you understand the general day to day operations of our style of business and administrative requirements. Qualifications & Experience To be considered, the following experience and attributes are desirable: Proven experience in TRADE INDUSTRY office administration Excellent TRADE INDUSTRY customer service skills QuickBooks experience and/or ability to learn proficiently Competent skills in Microsoft Office Ability to fit into a dynamic and energetic team Accurate typing skills and data entry Tasks & responsibilities Counter sales and customer service for our busy sales and display office Preparation and collation of quotations Assist with the management of active supply and fit job files in conjunction with our Office Manager and Supervisors Invoicing and ensuring payments are received from customers Attending to incoming calls, general emails and other correspondence Assisting with client queries and scheduling Daily data entry administration, filing & scanning Liaising with our Supervisors daily to facilitate smooth operations and ensure a positive customer experience Completing safety documents and client contracts Assisting with other general office activities as required
