You will provide sharp, strategic advice on complex and sensitive issues to keep the Deputy Secretary fully briefed, engage key stakeholders and coordinate group communications. You will oversee and support the streamlining of ECCS responses to the Ministers Office, the Secretary and government agencies, ensuring quality, accuracy, compliance and timeliness. You will oversee the preparation and review of high-level materialsincluding Cabinet submissions, Parliamentary Questions and Ministerial briefsand optimise systems and processes to lift performance.
