We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated Chief Wardsperson to lead the team at Hornsby Hospital. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.Proven ability to organise, allocate and monitor tasks for wardspersons and hospital assistants to ensure efficient service delivery. Experience responding to internal emergency calls (e.g., CERT) and maintaining a high standard of quality care with a strong operational focus.Ability to lead, coach, mentor and supervise staff through effective performance management, training, and rostering.
