Youll work with a team that is highly collaborative, open to new ideas, and empowered by the latest digital tools designed to help us work smarter together.Our team partners with all Government agencies across NSW including:Service NSWTafe NSWNSW HealthNSW Department of EducationSafeWork NSWNSW Reconstruction AuthorityDestination NSWKey responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to advise on and extract data for email campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time with high quality.Drive project delivery and evaluation aligned to the All of Government communications framework to improve campaign performance through better use of data, analytics, insights, and technology of Government.Analyse, monitor, and benchmark All of Government EDM campaign data; provide clear and actionable recommendations and reporting to senior executives to support informed decisions of government.Perform indepth analysis of campaign data to monitor KPIs, assess agency performance, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government communications.Lead projects that support improved data management and ownership across government in line with modern marketing trends for continuous improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, resolve issues, and implement campaign practices that support positive customer experiences.Support Customer Marketing with segmentation logic, analytics, and EDM performance reporting using advanced technical tools.Follow data lifecycle management as set out by the Information Governance team.Work with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for data warehousing.Build and maintain segmentation logic, A/B testing, personalization to support and enhance customer marketing campaigns.Produce and refresh dashboard reporting and insights using Tableau.Required skills:Proficient programming skills with PythonWorking experience with GA4, Tableau, SQL and BigQueryKnowledge of building and maintaining data warehouse in GCP and SnowflakeBuilding ETL pipeline using Alteryx and DatabricksMust have experience analysing marketing campaign performance, including pre- and post-campaign analysis.Experience with email metric reporting on Swift and Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be nice to haveAbility to summarise and present results in an easy-to-understand mannerAbility to lead the team and provide daytoday guidance in the absence of the managerExcellent time management and communication skills.To apply Please click on the link below and attach your resume (max 5 pages) and cover letter (max 2 pages) detailing your relevant skills and experience.Applicants invited to interview will be required to complete additional assessments.Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129464 base plus superannuationClick Here to access the Role Description.
