About the RoleFor over 100 years, Jacobs Creek has been part of the Barossa and now were looking for people who love bringing great wine experiences to life. Were hiring Front of House Hosts, or what we like to call our Magic Makers'' to bring that story to life at our Cellar Door. As a Front of House Host, youll welcome guests, lead tastings, and create relaxed, memorable experiences (with plenty of good conversation along the way). Youll also serve food and beverages while naturally building connections that support wine sales and wine club moments. With casual and part-time roles available, its a great chance to work with an iconic brand, meet interesting people, and be part of a fun, social team. What Youll Do Deliver exceptional food, beverage and wine service Lead engaging tastings that support wine club and retail growth Accurately capture customer data for KPIs and compliance Work confidently across caf, welcome desk and cellar door Bring professionalism, initiative and attention to detail to every shift What Youll Bring Flexibility to work a 7day roster, including evenings and events RSA accreditation and understanding of licensing requirements Experience in wine service, hospitality or a similar customerfacing role A natural sales instinct and passion for creating memorable experiences Ability to adapt across all FOH areas in a fastpaced environment WSET or wine education (desirable) Why Vinarchy?
