This role is 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. Responsibilities will include assisting with: Daily Management Reporting Accounts payable Accounts receivable Data Entry Filing and archives for the Administration Team Banking, post, office supplies Essential skills and attributes: Have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office High level of attention to detail and accuracy Be methodical and organised Be able to meet deadlines and have strong time management skills Be friendly, helpful, and service oriented Able to work effectively in a team environment, following established procedures Have a valid drivers licence Previous experience in an accounts team in a similar sized business is essential.
