Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants. Ensure clinical compliance and governance, maintaining accreditation standards and implementing continuous improvement. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals. Work in partnership with the General Manager to achieve operational and clinical excellence. What You''ll Need: CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration). Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare. In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance. A genuine passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, engaged teams. Exceptional communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
