About the role Mt. Ousley Pre-School is offering a Part time Certificate 3 Traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care at our dynamic childcare facility in Fairy Meadow, NSW. What you''ll be doing Assist in the planning and delivery of educational and developmental programs for children aged 2-5 years Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children Engage in play-based learning activities that promote children''s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the pre-school What we''re looking for A demonstrated passion for working with young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach Willingness to learn and a commitment to ongoing professional development The ability to work effectively in a team environment Must be aged 16 years or older to be eligible for this traineeship position Mature age applicants welcome- hours can be negotiated slightly.
