Role 1: Certificate III Trainee (Full-Time) Rate: Experience dependant This role is perfect for someone beginning their journey in early childhood education. You will be supported by our experienced team as you study and grow in your role, learning how to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The service has two dedicated Educational Leaders who work alongside a pedagogical leader, offering exceptional guidance and support. Requirements: Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care course through TAFE. Passion for working with children and eagerness to learn. Values of connection, creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. 18 years old and over Willingness to undertake child protection training on the Gekko platform within 14 days and attain a Working with children check Role 2: Educator (4 or 5 days) Rate: Experience dependent This opportunity is ideal for someone in early childhood education who feels genuinely called to work alongside children, but requires balance. In this role, you will be working in our 2-3 year old room alongside experienced educators who prioritise relationship-based practice. You will build secure attachments, create safe environments, and support childrens emotional development with intention and care. Ideally you would work 4-5 days. Requirements: Is naturally warm, calm, and emotionally regulated Notices childrens cues and responds with sensitivity and care Understands that behaviour is communication Values connection before correction holds a suitable qualification - Diploma or Cert III Is 18 years or older holds the following - food handlers certificate, first aid, asthma, anaphylaxis, CPR, child protection and ability to undertake Gekko child protection training within 14 days, WWCC Is eager to learn, reflect, and grow within a supportive team Room Leader (4 or 5 days) Rate: Above award, based on experience We are seeking a confident, reflective, and emotionally attuned Room Leader who understands that leadership begins with relationships. This role will be in our 3-4 year old room working alongside two experienced educators who deeply know our children and routines. the right candidate will; Be deeply responsive to childrens emotional and developmental needs Create a calm, regulated, and secure learning environment Guide children through big emotions with empathy and confidence Lead a child-led, inquiry-based curriculum grounded in connection Mentor and support educators in relational and reflective practice Build strong, respectful partnerships with families Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (completed) or highly experienced Cert III Demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting Experience leading or co-leading a room Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework Commitment to reflective practice and team collaboration A warm, professional, and grounded presence holds the following - food handlers certificate, first aid, asthma, anaphylaxis, CPR, child protection and ability to undertake Gekko child protection training within 14 days, WWCC Why Join Belong Early Learning?
