What Youll Do Welcome and connect with practice members in a warm and professional way Manage bookings, payments, communications, and daily office operations Support the Chiropractor to deliver a seamless practice experience Keep the practice clean, organised, efficient, and full of positive energy Help coordinate and attend community events to support practice growth Who You Are Experienced in administration, reception, or customer service (1+ years preferred) Confident, engaging, and naturally great with people Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Health-minded and passionate about wellness A positive team player who takes pride in their role The Details Casual role Approximately 10 hours per week Participation in virtual company trainings and meetings Occasional weekend availability for community events Training provided within a supportive, health-focused team Ready to Join Us?
