Employment Type: PermanentFull TimePosition Classification: Admin Officer Level 2ARemuneration: $70,067.99 - $71,072.43 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)Location: Bloomfield, NSW Find out moreApplications Close: 13 April 2026 11:59pmAdministration Officer Mental Health Drug & AlcoholBloomfield HospitalAbout the roleYou will be based at Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Services (MHDA) Bloomfield Campus.MHDA Bloomfield Campus provides inpatient services which includes a child and adolescent unit, a state-wide forensic rehabilitation unit, a mental health intensive care unit, adult acute unit, older persons acute unit, and a range of non-acute state-wide and district inpatient units for adults and older people.As the switchboard operator you will be responsible for the general day to day operations of the hospital switchboard and telecommunications services ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face, email and telephone enquiries.In addition, you will also provide a range of administration functions including but not limited to admissions/ discharges, supporting medical record management, record keeping, managing postal and other correspondence, general filling/ typing/ copying, deliveries/ pickups within the facility, stores management, and handling of monies where required.Successful applicants will be required to attend a comprehensive orientation program on commencement.To find out more about the role click to view the Position DescriptionA career with Western NSW means you can challenge yourself, make an impact and shape the future of rural health.
