Clinical Needs Assessor and Residential Aged Care AssessorMurrumbidgee Local Health District is looking for a qualified healthcare professional to assess aged care needs and facilitate access to appropriate support services for older people across the region.About the role:The Clinical Needs Assessor utilises assessment tools to determine care needs for frail older people and facilitates access to appropriate aged care services.
