Crown Risk Solutions is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our Licensed Venues team across Sydney. Please note: This role is not for static security work. Currently hiring for below locations: - Wollongong region About the Role As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong personal presentation, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding front-line customer service and support Identifying risks and responding effectively to incidents Performing general security duties, including administrative tasks Working collaboratively within a team environment Applying negotiation and conflict resolution skills Maintaining the ability and confidence to work independently Being flexible and adaptable to various venue requirements Requirements To be considered, applicants must hold the necessary qualifications, experience, and attributes, including: Current NSW Security Licence (1A) Current First Aid Certificate Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills Professional personal presentation Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays Flexibility to work across multiple locations Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Full working rights in Australia What Were Looking For Were seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to providing a safe and positive environment in licensed venues.
