Solar & Battery Electrician | $65-70/hr + Bonuses |Gold Coast & Surrounding Areas Prestige PE is expanding and looking for a qualified Solar & Battery Electrician to join our installation team on the Gold Coast. We specialise in solar and battery installations across SEQ and have a consistent pipeline of work every week. This role suits someone who takes pride in their installs, works efficiently, and wants to be rewarded for productivity and quality. What Youll Actually Get $65-$70 per hour (based on experience) Weekly performance bonuses based on team output Consistent install pipeline (solar + batteries) Overtime available when required Small experienced crew no corporate nonsense Work trailer provided with tools and materials Fuel costs covered Gym membership support / health allowance We focus on completing installs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. The WorkYoull be installing residential solar PV and battery systems across the Gold Coast and SEQ. Typical installs include: Residential solar systems (6kW 13kW+) Battery installs (GoodWe, Fox ESS, Sungrow etc.) Solar + battery combo installs Working within a small crew of installers Battery work makes up a large portion of our installs, so experience with battery systems is essential Bonus StructureWe reward efficient, high-quality work not just hours. Bonuses are paid fortnightly and based on: Team install output Efficiency across the day Quality and compliance When the team is running well, bonuses are paid regularly and consistently earn above their base rate through weekly bonuses. What Were Looking ForRequired (non-negotiables): QLD Electrical Licence Solar accreditation (SAA) Battery accreditation Experience installing solar PV systems White Card Valid drivers licence Own work vehicle preferred with tow capability - trailer can be provided by us You should also: Take pride in clean installs Be reliable and organised Work well within a small crew Understand compliance and electrical standards Why Join Prestige PEWere not a big solar corporation.
