TheDepartment of Primary Industries and Regional Developmentis seeking a Project Manager Low Emissions Intensity Farming Systems to join their team. In this role, you will work alongside the Senior Research Scientist, Low Emissions Agriculture, coordinating research and development projects that support grain and cotton growers in transitioning to a low greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions future. The projects teams will work with growers to demonstrate on-farm GHG reduction strategies, measure and assess emissions reductions, and develop practical, evidence-based materials to help the industry adopt sustainable practices. About You As our ideal candidate, you will bring: Proven experience managing multiple budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of GHG emissions and reduction pathways in NSW grains and cotton production systems. Strong ability to build and maintain productive partnerships across multiple stakeholder organisations. Experience coordinating staff and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational objectives. Excellent communication and issues-management skills, including briefing senior executives and handling sensitive stakeholder interactions. Strong governance, risk management, and organisational skills to ensure project rigour, compliance, and successful delivery. Why This Role?
