Casual Cleaner (Residential & Light Commercial) Central Coast & Lake MacquarieHTE Cleaning | $35/hr + super | ~30 hrs/week | MonFri (8am3pm) HTE Cleaning is looking for a reliable, client-focused residential / domestic cleaner to join our team for regular residential and light commercial cleaning across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie. This is a casual role with consistent, recurring clients we aim to keep you on the same day each week, at the same time, with the same clients wherever possible. What youll get $35/hr + super (includes casual loading) Approx. 30 hours/week across a 5-day week (MonFri) Typical shifts 68 hours/day (flexible) Work hours normally between 8am3pm (flexible) Paid travel time between jobs during the day (Home first job and last job home is unpaid) $1/km vehicle allowance between jobs, calculated via Jobber route km (Home first job and last job home is unpaid) - 2-hour minimum paid per shift (paid even if finished early) Paid training and support provided (typically 34 weeks, depending on experience) Work directly with the owner during training All equipment and products provided Company uniform supplied Jobber app used for scheduling, job notes, maps and timesheets Immediate start Referral bonuses available Where youll work Our service area is wide, but shifts are batched by location to minimise driving. For this role, work is typically between Berkeley Vale through to Toronto and Swansea (and surrounding areas). Applicants should live within the service area ideally centrally located or towards either end of the run. What youll be doing Youll be completing mostly recurring cleans (weekly/fortnightly) for regular clients.
